This is an indie project that I've been working on while I study 3D Animation.
It's inspired by media such as Life is Strange, David Lynch's works such as Mulholland Drive, The Truman Show and shows such as Severance.
MISERY PRAYER is a five chapters indie graphic novel.
a psychological sapphic thriller mystery set in a small town in the southeast of France.
Clementine, a 22yo french college student, is forced to return to her hometown, after breaking her wrist in an unclear accident that temporarily erases her most recent memories. Clem quickly gets obsessed with the events that happened the day right before her accident, a fire in a psychiatry studio, and her neighbour, Mae, abruptly disappearing after allegedly committing the arson. Trapped in a facade of stability she has constructed for her family, she struggles to find the missing pieces in a town where nobody truly knows her.
I'm planning to crowdfund a choice based game based on the graphic novel once it's finished.
